We think the seasons are very important for an individual’s tea experience. Even if the tea is of the finest quality, if it does not match with the weather at the time of drinking, it does not make sense at all. Therefore, we customise our teas with a monthly theme, which will make your tea experience all the more better!

Why is Diversitea a subscription box?

In our experience, tea is a necessity. We focus on your unique tea appreciation experience. It should not get stopped or delayed. We want to provide the most fresh, interesting teas at the time we source it. 

 

What types of tea would Diversitea Tea box contain?

We source all different teas around the world. It could contain pure black, green, white, oolong, or puerh teas. But we also source blended teas, fruit or herbal infusions, and also blooming teas. The focus here in Diversitea, is diversity!

         

When will my box be delivered?

We deliver our boxes through Royal Mail at the start of each month. Therefore, you can be sure to receive it on the first or second week (depending on your shipping location) of the month except for bank holidays.

         

Are shipping fees included in the price?

Yes. We have already included the shipping cost for UK destinations! Deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world will incur a small shipping fee.  

 

Do you ship internationally?

We are focusing our efforts in the UK at the moment. However, we are currently trialling deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world.

         

I would like to purchase one of the teas you introduced! How can I buy them?

Please contact us via help@diversitea.co. We will individually arrange for you to purchase your favourite teas.

         

How can I cancel my monthly subscription service?

You can easily cancel anytime before your dispatch date on your account page. In the case that we already shipped the box, you are able to cancel it in the following month after delivery.
