First Organic Bancha Japan

Bancha (番茶) is a Japanese Green tea. It is harvested from the second flush of Sencha. Bancha is harvested at the end of summer and beginning of autumn. It is often seen as the lowest grade of Japanese green tea on the market, yet is still regarded as an excellent daily tea.

Contains pure Bancha leaves.

Testing notes

Bancha has a truly unique and mild taste with a strong straw smell. It contains a pleasant, slightly grassy flavour which is beloved among tea lovers in general.

Brewing guide

Pour a cup of 70-80ºc water with one small teaspoon of “Organic Bancha Japan”, and rinse the tea leaves and rest it for 2 minutes. Afterwards, pour another cup of water and just infuse for about 30 seconds.

Second Organic Green Almonds & Orange

We’ve hidden a little festival surprise in this tea. Sourced and blended great ‘royal’ Chinese Sencha leaves and Japanese Bancha leaves, together with golden orange slices, tangy peppercorns and smooth almonds.

Contains Chinese Sencha leaves, Japanese Bancha leaves, Orange Slices, Flavouring, Sliced Almonds, Safflower, Pink Peppercorns.

Testing notes

An amazing blend of Chinese Sencha and Japanese Bancha teas, with the sweet flavor of almonds and refreshing orange that tickles the taste buds.

Brewing guide

Pour 70-80ºc water with one small teaspoon of “Organic Green Almonds & Orange”, and let it infuse for about 30 seconds.

Third Organic Lemon Rooibos

Rooibos means ‘red bush’ by the speakers of the Dutch Afrikaans language. Rooibos tea is naturally caffeine free, and only produced in South Africa. This one in particular is from the Cederberg mountains in South Africa, exclusively blended with the very finest organic ingredients. Highly recommended as a nightcap.

Contains Luxury Rooibos, Lemongrass and Natural flavour.

Testing notes

Rooibos is naturally sweet,yet the zesty citrus notes from the lemongrass make for a punchy, distinct flavor that delights the senses.

Brewing guide

Pour 95-100ºc water with one small teaspoon of “Organic Lemon Rooibos”, and let it infuse for about 3-5 minutes.

Fourth Organic Camomile

This tea always reminds us of the warm cup tea in bed when we have been unwell. Very well known for its therapeutic properties from the ancient Egyptian era. It has been used for centuries to calm the mind, combat insomnia and more.

Contains luxury Egyptian Camomile.

Testing notes

Camomile tea combines crisp apple-like notes with soft honey and a lemony edge. This tea has a soft, light flavour and relaxing scent.

Brewing guide

Pour 95-100ºc water with one small teaspoon of “Organic Camomile”, and let it infuse for about 4-6 minutes.
